This group focuses on systemic changes in how educators are prepared to guide students toward sustainable careers.
Activities: Modernizing initial and continuous teacher training with a focus on the principles of the European Green Deal and Farm to Fork.
Deliverables: "Train the Teachers" methodology and a set of Open Educational Resources (OER) for pedagogical study programs.
Digital Transformation and Accessibility of Education
The goal is to overcome Micronesia's geographical barriers through technology and flexible forms of study.
Activities: Development and deployment of an interactive digital platform for higher education accessible even on remote islands.
Deliverables: An ecosystem of 12 digital courses and micro-credentials focused on skills for the blue and green economy.
University-Business Cooperation and Employability
This section addresses the transition of students from school directly into the workforce within ecological sectors.
Activities: Building alliances between higher education institutions and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to develop career guidance services and internships.
Deliverables: An employer toolkit for attracting talent and an innovated model for practical internships in real-world environments.
Capacity Building and International Mobility
This group includes direct training, know-how transfer between Europe and Micronesia, and the dissemination of results.
Activities: Practical training sessions in Pohnpei and Yap, complemented by professional training-on-the-job for students and trainers in Slovakia and Italy.
Deliverables: A series of dissemination events across each state of Micronesia and the EU to ensure the long-term sustainability of the project's results.
